- Pick-Up Hours: Our store welcomes you for pick-up from 9 AM to 9 PM on weekdays, extending to 10 PM on weekends, providing flexibility for your busy schedule.
- Order Processing: Orders are usually ready for pick-up within 24 hours after purchase. We'll notify via text (and or Email) you when your items are ready to be collected.
- Pick-Up Requirements: The confirmation text/email must be shown to collect your order.
- Location: Conveniently located in the heart of St Julians at Mercury Towers, our store is easily accessible for all our local customers.
Order Cancellation and Returns:
- Cancellation Policy: While orders cannot be refunded, we understand circumstances change. Should you need to cancel your order, we offer in-store credit for the amount spent, allowing you to choose another item at your convenience.
- Return Policy: For any concerns regarding your pick-up order, please reach out to us. Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
Please Note:
- Delivery Services: Currently, Archipals does not provide delivery or international shipping options. We look forward to serving you in-store.
- Pick-Up Deadline: Orders should be picked up within 15 days of notification. If you're unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
